Investigation of Factors Affecting Shear Strength of Implant-Cement Interface

چکیده

Çimentolu kalça implant? ba?lant?lar?nda görülen en önemli hasarlardan biri aseptik gev?emedir. Aseptik gev?emede kemik-çimento ve çimento-implant arayüzeylerinde ayr?lmalar meydana gelebilmektedir. Arayüzeylerde ne kadar dayan?kl? ba?lant?lar elde edilebilirse o uzun ömürlü cerrahi operasyonlar gerçekle?tirilmi? olur. Çimento-implant bask?n olan gerilme, kesme gerilmesidir. Bu çal??mada pin-halka test yönteminden faydalan?larak arayüzeyinin dayan?m? ara?t?r?lm??t?r. Ayr?ca implant malzemesinin, yüzey pürüzlülü?ünün çimento manto kal?nl???n?n de?i?mesi ile arayüzey dayan?m?nda gelen de?i?meler incelenmi?tir. ?mplant malzemesi olarak üretiminde yayg?n bir ?ekilde kullan?lan titanyum ala??m? paslanmaz çelik malzemeler kullan?lm??t?r. Yüzey pürüzlülü?ü de?erleri farkl? boyutlarda alüminyumoksit taneleri kumlama sonucunda edilmi?tir. Delrinden imal edilen iç çap ölçülerine sahip burçlar kal?nl?klar? Elde bulgular, artmas? dayan?m?n?n artt???n?, malzemenin daha yüksek ba?lant?s? sa?lad???n? ideal 2-3 mm aras?nda oldu?unu göstermektedir.
